As CEO and Founder, Michael Ishayik oversees all the company’s divisions including Co-Packing operation, Maud’s Gourmet Coffee & Tea, Shopblends.com and Hospitality Division. Under his direction Intelligent Blends has rapidly become a leading provider in the single serve industry with a current operational capacity to over 450 million capsules a year. His philosophy has always been to act like a partner with all of Intelligent Blends customers and put their needs first and foremost.Prior to starting Intelligent Blends, Mr. Ishayik founded Reel Picture in 1997, A CD and DVD manufacturing company, which he operated for 20 years in San Diego and recently sold. In addition, Mr. Ishayik sits on numerous company boards where he works with entrepreneurs of fast growing businesses.Mr. Ishayik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is an avid surfer, hiker and traveler.

Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
