What tea bag packaging options are available?

There are several tea bag packaging options, including:

  • K-Cups®: Our tea K-Cups® are compatible with Keurig machines and allow for 43% more extraction thanks to their innovative design.
  • Biodegradable sachets: Made from Non-GMO sugar cane, the biodegradable sachets offer excellent extractability. Customers just need to steep the sachets for 3-5 minutes to make a cup of tea.
  • Stick packs: Stick packs are available in several heights—120 mm, 140 mm, 160mm, and 180mm. To use, customers just need to pour in the content in water and mix.

Custom tea bags can be packed as samples, for retail sale, or for e-commerce, based on your needs.

Does Intelligent Blends offer recyclable branded tea bags?

Not only are our K-Cups® and biodegradable sachets a sustainable solution, but our tea bag packing materials are also recyclable. In addition to recyclable tea bag packing options, we also practice sustainability in our manufacturing processes to help reduce the carbon footprint of production.
